Facilitator In Training Program
In the Facilitator in Training Program you learn to facilitate your own groups. This program is best for young adults who want to develop skills for their first job. Members learn leadership skills; how to support peers and coworkers; and the job specific skills of an event coordinator, group guide or group facilitator. 1:1 Job coaching included. Members who complete this program have an opportunity to join our team for paid employment.

It is best for youth and young adults 18+ years old, on the autism spectrum or who are facing social and/or emotional challenges, who have support needs for community engagement and who are interested in learning new community skills. It is a flexible program that focuses on community inclusion, personal development and teaches the skills necessary for members to have flexible thinking, make their own choices and manage challenging or emergency situations.
